W-TPD500E driving thermoplastic extrusion road marking equipment is designed for continuous medium to large pavement marking projects. Powered by a 66KW Kubota 4-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine (Japan) and equipped with a fully imported heating system (USA Beckett burner + Germany thermal oil transfer+automatic temperature controller), it ensures consistent material flow for continuous road marking jobs. The 500L thermoplastic tank and 150L pressurized glass bead tank minimize refilling, maximizing efficiency, ensure 4,000–5,000 m²/day of high-quality road markings.

W-TPD500E comes with Danfoss hydrostatic transmission (Denmark) and excellent rear-wheel drive system(often used in truck), enabling smooth speed control (0–20 km/h) and 11° gradeability for slopes or uneven surfaces. W-TPD500E can handle whether flat road surface or mountainous roads simply.

The excellent W-TPD500E thermoplastic extruder supply 5–50 cm various line widths. You can switch common flat lines, double lines, automatic skip lines, or popular line styles like chess lines, stair flex lines, and longflex lines on computer controller easily. Upgrade computer controller enable special road marking patterns such as edgeflex lines, and combined continuous/interrupted lines and dot lines in a single pass. These profiled markings enhance nighttime and wet-weather visibility with embedded glass beads, significantly reducing road accidents.
