CAN YOU PROVIDE OEM FOR US ?
We trust you’re good at marketing, sales and after-sale service in your local place than us, so we’re willing to provide OEM/ODM for you. Before delivery, we will hide all of our logo, name plate, etc. And plate your logo in the machine. We can also change colors if the qty is more than 10 sets.
WHEN CAN YOU ARRANGE THE DELIVERY?
As professional road marking machine factory and supplier, Rays Traffic prepare enough machine and spare parts in stock. For normal LCL orders, we can arrange delivery within 3 days, If FCL orders, please check the schedule in advance.
can you provide FORM E ?
FORM E is “Asean-China Free Trade Area Preferential Tariff Certificate of Origin”, it is can be applied to Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. We can apply FORM E for our pavement line marking equipment, this needs 7-10 days as usual, please give us enough time before you place orders.
What's the payment terms?
As usual, the top-sale line marking applicator are in stock, we can dispatch immediately, so the payment terms is 100% T/T in advance. If some customized orders, 50% T/T in advance before production, 50% T/T balance before delivery. If the orders total amount>USD50,000, we accept L/C at sight. Please check with us about the issuing bank and the terms in advance before open L/C.
WHAT ABOUT THE AFTER-SALE SERVICE?
The detailed operation videos for road paint machine will be sent after delivery. And we are responsible to provide technical advise in the machine’s whole life. We help solving problems via Whats’app, Wechat, Email by sending pictures and videos. If you need our workers fly to your city, and train local, we can arrange also.

How to visit your factory?
Rays Traffic is located in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province. We’re nearby Nanjing and Shanghai city. You can by train from Shanghai or Nanjing city, we will pick you up from Zhenjiang or Zhenjiang Nan Railway Station. Please inform us 7 days in advance before you come, so we can prepare the samples for you.
