W-TPD300E Driving Thermoplastic Extrusion Road Marking Equipment

W-TPD300E driving thermoplastic extrusion road marking equipment is designed for medium-to-large size thermoplastic pavement marking constructions. Powered by a 43.3KW Kubota 4-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine (Japan) and equipped with a fully imported heating system (USA Beckett burner + Germany thermal oil transfer), it ensures consistent material flow and temperature control for contunuous operation.  The 300L thermoplastic tank and 150L pressurized glass bead tank minimize refilling, maximizing efficiency, ensure 2,500–3,200 m²/day of high-quality road markings.

W-TPD300E features Danfoss hydrostatic transmission (Denmark) and rear-wheel drive system, enabling smooth speed control (0–20 km/h) and 11° gradeability for slopes or uneven surfaces. W-TPD300E can handle whether flat city streets or mountainous roads easily.

The excellent W-TPD300E thermoplastic extruder can apply 5–50 cm various line widths. You can switch common flat lines, double lines, automatic skip lines, or popular line styles like chess lines, stair flex lines, and longflex lines on computer controller easily. Upgradeable computer controller enable special pavement markings such as edgeflex lines, and combined continuous/interrupted lines and dot lines in a single pass. These profiled markings enhance nighttime and wet-weather visibility with embedded glass beads, significantly reducing road accidents.
