W-TPD300 Driving Thermoplastic Road Marking Equipment

W-TPD300 driving thermoplastic road marking equipment is designed for medium-to-large size thermoplastic pavement marking constructions. Powered by a 43.3KW Kubota 4-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine (Japan), it ensures consistent material flow and continuous road marking application. The 300L thermoplastic tank and 150L pressurized glass bead tank minimize refilling, maximizing efficiency, ensure 2,000–3,000 m²/day of high-quality road markings. W-TPD300 is suitable for urban lines, city roads, highways, airport, etc.

W-TPD300 driving thermoplastic road marking equipment features Danfoss hydrostatic transmission (Denmark) and rear-wheel drive system(usually used on truck), enabling smooth speed control (0–20 km/h) and 11° gradeability for slopes or uneven surfaces. W-TPD300 can handle whether flat city streets or mountainous roads easily.

W-TPD300 can install 5/10/12/15/20/30/40/45/50cm screed road marking shoe to apply 5–50 cm various widths pavement markings. You can switch common flat lines, automatic skip lines on computer controller simply. The convex marking lines can make the driver feel more clearly when driving. It is widely used in urban zebra crossings, speed bumps and edge lines of high speed ways, greatly improving traffic safety.
